"I absolutely loved the design of this bag. It held everything I like to keep handy on a plane flight and it was so well organized. So imagine my disappointment when the zipper started to fail on its maiden voyage.
I contacted the company directly and got some of the best customer service I have ever witnessed. They replied to me immediately, explained that they had had some quality control issues with their first production run and offered an immediate replacement from the current stock or, if I wanted to wait, a replacement from the new production they are going to run with a new and improved zipper. I could not be happier with the bag and with the company."
