"The separate computer carrying case is too small for our 17" laptop (not as advertised) so we discarded this item and use the case without that added protection. Tha handle is much too flimsy and will probably fail early in the life of the bag. Since this case is too wide to pull down the aisle of most airplanes, it must be carried so a shoulder strap on the outside of the bag is needed. Overall, poor design, poor construction. Cannot be recommended at any price."
