"This is a great bag. It was pricey, but I knew I wanted a convertible, and I needed it to look professional, which is hard combination to find, but this really fits the bill. I get a lot of compliments on the looks. It has lots of compartments, which is super. I don't know if its 100% waterproof, but I was recently caught in a horrible downpour with this on my back, and my computer and everything in the bag stayed perfectly dry.
I agree that it would have made more sense to have a document pocket in the flap than access to the front pocket and that the buckles aren't attached securely enough. The zipper is also a little questionable, and occasionally likes to stick. But the pluses definitely outweigh those minuses.
It fits my little Vaio perfectly, but I could see how the padded area could be pretty snug for anything much larger."
