"This is overall a good convertible bag - you can wear backpack, messenger, or shoulder. However, there is a lot of room for improvement. A grab handle on top would be nice, so would wider, thicker straps (for comfort when wearing as a backpack). There are two pockets in front which don't fit that much - it would be nice if they were a little roomier and the mesh dividers weren't so tiny. Maybe I'm the only one who doesn't need my Purell separated from my chapstick? The bottle pocket on the interior would be great if it was insulated too. It is heavier than I expected, probably due to the teflon coating. Personally, I don't think Teflon is necessary and it isn't that great for the environment or children, either. But overall, a higher quality bag suitable for those who want both backpack and shoulder options."
