"Durability of this item is poor - I have owned two of them in the last three years and both have torn up (zipper broke on one, inner seams tore out on the other, bottom wore through on both).
My other complaint about this bag is the severe curvature of the straps - this is supposed to be ergonomic, but instead it's very uncomfortable!
BUT - the interior organization, size, pockets, look, everything else is great, and so is the prices, so I keep on buying them. Wish durability and strap curve issues were addressed."
