"Good: The bag was really attractive, and I got lots of compliments on it. The size was perfect, and it fit nicely under airplane seats, even in aisle seats.
Bad: I purchased the bag in December 2007, and just last week, in September 2008, one strap broke off. The other strap is starting to unravel as well. So it is not as durable as I would have hoped."
